Personal Information

A graduate in Real Estate Valuation & Management from the University of the West of England, Bristol; Richard started his career with an Auctioneers & Valuers firm in Mid Wales. He has been with McCartneys LLP since 1999 when he joined the Hay-on-Wye office where he developed both Estate Agency and Lettings skills.

Since then he has managed the Leominster Office and has recently moved to the Llandrindod Wells office. During his time with the company he has gained considerable experience in all property related matters having passed additional examinations in both residential and lettings

Richard is a keen sportsman playing for Hay-on-Wye cricket club where he also takes an active role in the running of the club. He likes playing golf, badminton and going for the occasional run. He has also carried out a number of charity auctions helping to raise funds for local communities and clubs
