Phillip is North Herefordshire born and bred. Coming from an agricultural background and family livestock haulage business, farming matters have always been a large part of his career.
Phillip spent over 14 years in Hereford Market covering a huge range of activities including selling livestock. Since the implementation of the Single Payment Scheme in 2005 his role has concentrated on rural Professional matters including all aspects of the Single Farm Payment Scheme, Agricultural Tenancies and Lettings, Trading Entitlements and further matters.
Phillip has been married for 22 years to his lovely wife Jo and has two daughters. He has been Senior Joint Master of the North Herefordshire Foxhounds for 19 seasons and has regular contact with the farming community.
